I saw this recipe on the Pioneer Woman show, and it just looked so good and a great fall soup! I improvised a little, well kind of a lot.

I made this dish for dinner it was so yummy, but of course would make an excellent breakfast too!

How does Chili Dog Pizza sound? I’ve made this Carnivore crust before and the added pork rind crumbs make it really good and more crispy!

Serve these poblanos open-faced and topped with layers of cheese and a southwestern mix of green chiles, pork and chili powder.
