So easy to roast a spaghetti squash and use it in this recipe. This is very similar to lasagna.

These were super yummy! I changed the recipe up just a bit. I used Italian sausage and omitted the celery and the bacon.

What a comforting delicious way to get all your veggies in!

I make this all the time! Just a fast easy way to have lasagna. I have added leftover veggies also and if I have them some fresh basil!
