10 Minute Keto Sausage and Veggies

I saw the cute KetoSnackz guy on Instagram make this and it was just an easy fast meal to put together and was so good with everything all roasted in the air fryer. You can use whatever veggies you like and just clean out the fridge. I had some Andouille sausage, see below, but any low-carb sausage will work. I had some zucchini, bell peppers, yellow squash, and red onion. Mushrooms would be excellent too! I used Cajun seasoning, see below also, and I didn’t cook it quite as long as in the instructions. Stir halfway through. I have a feeling I’m going to be making this a lot it’s so quick and easy! You could use steak or shrimp too!




I love this Cajun Andouille sausage by Aidells from Walmart. It doesn’t have nitrates and just a tiny bit of sugar. Only 1 carb per link. It’s very good! 🥘

Here’s the Cajun seasoning I used but any seasoning you like will work. This seasoning doesn’t have any MSG or sugar! This is the link for a variety pack. 👍🏼
