This is that great Mexican dip you’ve probably made or eaten a hundred times, but it’s done keto with no refried beans. This recipe subs the beans with seasoned taco meat. I also left out the lettuce, but that’s probably very good.
The recipe doesn’t call for this, but it’s been how I’ve always made it. I added a packet of taco seasoning to the sour cream and I think that makes it even better! I served it with mini sweet pepper for dipping.
