I loved the first air flyer quiche so much, I had to make a second one. This time I did Italian flavors and I did something I’ve never done before, added radish slices to give the texture of potatoes and I was very surprised, the radishes tasted great and very much like potatoes! These air fryer quiche can be made with anything you like. I kind of looked for some Ingredients that needed to be used before they spoiled and just threw everything in! So definitely try a quiche in your air fryer I think it works some kind of magic! 🪄
Italian Air Fryer Quiche
I browned one package of Italian sausage with a small chopped onion. Then about 20 pepperoni slices cut into strips. I then added about 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, 1 small package sliced radishes, 1 red bell pepper sliced, and about 3 cups of spinach. Zucchini or mushrooms would be great in this also. Let that cook and season with Seasoning Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Italian Seasoning. (about one teaspoon)
Beat 6 eggs and add a splash of heavy cream, and some seasoning salt. Put meat mixture in the pan you wish to cook the quiche in, I used a silicone mold. Add Italian Style cheese of choice and quantity of choice. I used an Italian blend. Pour eggs over the meat mixture and cheese, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 390 degrees. The last minute of cooking top with more cheese, Italian Parsley and optional red chili flakes. This is so good!
This is the great silicone insert that works amazing with this recipe and so much more in your air fryer!
