A delicious, healthy mac ‘n cheese!
Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese.
Roast cauliflower at 375 for 30 min
Melt half block cream cheese, one cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup keto-friendly Buffalo
sauce (Peggy's)
1/4 Ib cheese (you choose)
1 Ib chicken cut up and cooked
Mix once everything is cooked
Bake at 375 for 10 min and drizzle with bleu cheese dressing and hot sauce.
