I’m on a perpetual hunt for something crunchy! You can do so much with crackers. You can use them with dips, tuna salad, and plain meat and cheese. I found these Fat Snax crackers, made with almond flour, a few years ago and liked them. They have since added the Everything flavor, which I think is my favorite, but all the flavors are good, and there’s a variety pack to try. They have good clean ingredients and 5-6 carbs for 17 crackers, half a box! I think that’s great.

One of my favorite ways to use them is with some cream cheese and G Hughes Chili Sauce. I LOVE this sauce! You can sometimes find it at the grocery stores, but not always. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to find Sometimes. I will order it if I can’t find it at the grocery store, and the least expensive way is this set of three bottles. I can’t find just one bottle on Amazon, but I use the three bottles eventually. I often use it in stir-fries and dipping sauce, and if we order Chinese takeout, I will get mine plain, without any sauce, and use the GHughes Chili Sauce, and it’s great. 🥡🥢
