Anthony’s Heavy Cream Powder

As an Amazon Associate, I share affiliate marketing strategies with awesome people like you. Naturally, my content may contain affiliate links for products I use and love. If you take action (i.e., subscribe, make a purchase) after clicking one of these links, you won’t pay more, but I'll earn a small commission on qualifying purchases, which I will probably use to buy more keto products!

I 🩷 HWC on everything, in everything; anyway that I can use it, I certainly do! I probably should take it a wee bit easy on it, though. It makes everything taste so good, but it is very caloric. If weight loss is a goal, this is one keto ingredient to watch out for. I have mainly been using it in iced coffee and get a little heavy-handed just pouring it in. I would run out of fresh occasionally and remembered there is such a thing as Heavy Cream Powder! Heavy Cream Powder to the rescue to save my iced coffee addiction if I run out of fresh! The shelf life is very good, so I’ll be all set in case of any natural disasters! Also, the price of a quart of HWC has gotten so exorbitant, so I think it’s a better deal in its concentrated powder form. I'm not exactly sure about that, though. I’m not the best at math, but I’m hoping I’m using less of the powder, too; I usually use one rounded tablespoon compared to two tablespoons of fresh.🤷‍♀️

I like to add it to soups and my iced coffee. I also like to add bone broth or bouillon to make it more creamy and tasty. It does get a little clumpy, so I use a small battery-powered frother to mix it into whatever I’m mixing. So maybe try this and see what you think? 😊

Here is the link to the handy frother. I use it to mix a lot of things, like eggs.
