I just kind of wing it with this glaze. I get a jar of sugar-free apricot jam from netrition.com and probably squeeze in about a tablespoon of Dijon mustard and a cup of brown sugar Swerve. Cook on low until the Swerve is dissolved, then brush on the ham, getting into all the crevices. Bake at 350 degrees covered for an already cooked spiral ham. Remove the foil and cook uncovered for another ten minutes.
