A tasty side dish that would go perfectly with chicken or fish. It is baked in a creamy lemon sauce that covers the artichokes nicely. I didn't have a square 9"x9" dish as suggested by the recipe from DietDoctor so, mine might have turned out a little bit soupier than intended.
