I have wanted to make avocado chips forever! Finally did with this recipe and I don’t know whether my expectations were just so high because I ♥️🥑! Or I could have made them better, I’m just not sure, but they certainly weren’t bad, they just were not as good as I thought they would be. They were more cracker-like than crispy. Which would make them very good to serve with dips or something like tuna salad. I put them back in the oven after I turned it off and they did crisp up quite a bit. They didn’t stay that way the next day though. I put them back in the oven to re-crisp again! Kind of a lot of trouble. They might be worth a try though, not exactly sure whether I will make them again. Take that back. No, I won’t! Ha! 😃
Maybe there is a better recipe out there. The first batch was kind of blah so I sprinkled the second batch with some Everything Bagel Seasoning. That helped a bit. If anyone has a great recipe for these and you like them I would love to see it! 🥑
