Keto Bacon Cheese Ring

Shared by DeniseM

As an Amazon Associate, I share affiliate marketing strategies with awesome people like you. Naturally, my content may contain affiliate links for products I use and love. If you take action (i.e., subscribe, make a purchase) after clicking one of these links, you won’t pay more, but I'll earn a small commission on qualifying purchases which I will probably use to buy more keto products!

I've made this recipe from Lady Behind to Curtain for a very long time, and it is SO good. You will be the hit of the party if you bring this great appetizer ring of goodness! I make it exactly as described in the recipe but substitute the jelly with a sugar-free one. I like raspberry, but strawberry will work too. I wish there were a sugar-free jalapeño jelly! Maybe I could make one; I'll work on that. I sometimes do add some chopped jalapeño!

This recipe uses a bundt pan covered in plastic with the ingredients layered in. Read the full instructions here.

I prefer GOOD GOOD No Added Sugar Fruit Jam because it has very good ingredients, and I like the sweeteners that are used with this jam. It is also lower carb than the Smuckers brand but more expensive. I suppose the adage, you get what you pay for is correct!

The best price is for this pack of four jars. Cherry, Strawberry, Blueberry, and Raspberry. I've tried all of them, and they all are great!

Here are the links for a single jar.

Grape

Blackcurrant

Forest Fruit

Raspberry

Strawberry

Peach

The Smucker's sugar-free jams are much less expensive but contain some not-so-great ingredients like maltodextrin, which can spike blood sugar. So, possibly just think of how much you will be eating. If you think you will want to have a substantial amount it would be worth it I think to get the Good Good jelly. Or you can save some money with Smuckers! It's currently $3.97 at Walmart.

The best crackers I have found with the lowest carbs are by Fat Snax. They are definitely good, but not my favorite, the others I like have way more carbs, so I usually just stick to the Fat Snax because they have good ingredients and are the lowest in carbs. You could also serve this appetizer ring with cucumber slices and mini sweet peppers.

Here is the link on Amazon to purchase the Fat Snax crackers. The Everything flavor is my favorite, but the original plain Sea Salt flavor would also work. They are a bit pricey, but the company says wheat flour and sugar are cheap, but the products they use to make a healthier product are not. I suppose that’s true with keto! We pay more to be healthy! The links below are for a three-pack.

And here is the nutritional information. Seventeen crackers for only six carbs! I love to eat tuna salad with them and many other things!
