Keto Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Chicken

I love jalapeño popper anything! So these chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and stuffed with an actual whole jalapeño popper are just the best! I served it with sautéed mushrooms and a super yummy spring salad.


Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Chicken


4 Chicken breasts pounded thin and seasoned with salt and pepper

4 large jalapeños cored


For filling take 1 block of cream cheese mixed with about 8 bacon slices fried crisp and chopped.

Take filling and place inside each jalapeño. I rolled the filling into a little log and slipped it in the jalapeño very easily.

I added more filling on top of the breast for the jalapeño to rest on just because it’s so good, but you don't have to do that.



Roll up the chicken breast then cover with slices of bacon. I placed two slices long ways and two slices sideways and tucked them underneath the chicken breast and secured them with toothpicks.


Sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper. I air-fried them at 350 degrees for about 19 minutes. You can certainly use a regular oven. The breasts were done when the bacon looked crispy.
