My keto fish recipe is such an easy dish! Take any fish you like. I usually use Cod or Tilapia and season the fish fillet.
Top the fillet with a thick layer of mayo, then a thick layer of Parmesan cheese. I use an air fryer, but the oven works well too! Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees, depending on the fillet thickness. Sprinkle with parsley. Tartar sauce is just mayo and dill pickle relish.
I served with loaded cauliflower casserole from Wholesome Yum.
