A great Keto version of banana bread using cauliflower instead of bananas! (Just kidding!) To make this "banana" bread low-carb, the essential ingredient is banana extract.
Almond flour, along with vanilla or unflavored protein powder, is used in this version. This recipe makes 4 servings with a carb count of 3.8g per serving.
