BBQ Chicken Pizza Chaffle

A different kind of pizza, but so good and you can use this chaffle to make a traditional pizza too!



Makes 4 chaffles


2 eggs

2 Tablespoons almond flour

1 teaspoon McCormick Pizza Seasoning or any pizza seasoning

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella


Mix and spread in waffle maker. Cook until crispy. About 3-4 minutes


Spread chaffle with sugarfree BBQ sauce, add shredded rotisserie chicken, top with Mexican blend shredded cheese and red onion. Put under the broiler or in the air fryer and melt the cheese. Top with hot sauce, jalapeños, or pico de Gallo. Enjoy!
