This is just a basic recipe for how I cook ribs. I must admit I’ve never used lemon juice; I’m too afraid! So, if anyone does use it, please let me know. I cook the ribs with a sugar-free rub and BBQ sauce. I uncover the ribs for the last hour so the sauce becomes thick and sticky. I’ll do pork and beef ribs this way.
