Keto BBQ Ribs with a Soy Sauce Glaze

These ribs are not your typical BBQ ribs; they have a bit of a spicy Asian flavor with soy sauce and chipotle paste. (I’m not exactly sure what chipotle paste is, so I just added one crushed chipotle pepper from the can) If you don’t like spicy, you could leave out the chipotle pepper. I also didn’t have the tamari soy sauce, so I just put double the coconut aminos, or you could use regular soy sauce very easily. Try ribs a new way with this great recipe!

I served the ribs with roasted pecan green beans and cauliflower mash a la George. Super yummy! 😊
