A Healthier Twist on a Classic: Low-Carb Beef Stroganoff Recipe

This recipe was crazy good! Of course, I had to change it up just a bit. I used rib eye steak cut in strips and added Worcestershire sauce instead of coconut aminos. It could be very good with it, but I’ve just always used Worcestershire sauce. I added some Better Than Bouillon beef flavor, but not very much, though, and I added fresh and dried Thyme. I served it over Konjac Fettuccine noodles, but Cauliflower Rice or Zucchini Zoodles would be delicious also!

Here is the pasta I used and I liked it very much! Very close to carby pasta!




I’m not sure how this could be zero carbs. I think they have put net carbs by mistake. It does contain oat powder, but it probably is a very small amount. I tested afterward, and my blood sugar was fine.
