This 90-second bread is a game-changer! I‘ve tried a few versions of it, and I think this is the best, most bread-like version. Possibly the addition of the protein powder. I don’t think the other recipes I tried had that.
I made this a little differently than the recipe called for. I didn’t have a square-sized microwave container to bake the bread in, so I just spread the dough out in a small oblong container and then cut it in half after baking it in the microwave.
Then I toasted the two halves in butter in a skillet. I think next time, I won’t use the butter and just put it in an air fryer, toaster, or under the oven broiler to toast it. I could feel the butter on my fingers. I would rather the bread be more dry. I also had two four-inch metal pans, so I made another recipe and put them in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes. They look great, all toasty! The jury is still out on which I like best. I wasn’t hungry enough to taste it after the sandwich!
I made a grilled cheese sandwich with pesto, ham, and havarti cheese. It was super good! But please try this bread, I think you will like it, and thanks to Annie, with Keto Focus, for this great recipe! 🥪 ♥️
This great video shows you how to make it, and the single recipe makes two slices for a total of 4.1 carbs! That’s much better than the keto bread you can buy in the stores! 🍞
