I like crispy chaffles! I just think they taste better. I’ve tried a couple of methods to get the chaffles crispy, but I think this recipe is so easy and works great. It also uses xanthan gum, which I never have used before in chaffles but supposedly gives the chaffle a bread-like consistency in the center! So give this recipe a try!
