Apricot jam by Good Good is my favorite jam. I don’t have it that often because it is four carbs per tablespoon, but I like the ingredients better in this jam than I do in Smucker's Sugarfree jam. The Smuckers isn’t bad, but it’s one more carb per tablespoon, which adds up. I like the ingredients better in the Good Good jam. One of the sweeteners is stevia, and I always prefer natural sweeteners to artificial ones. 🍓
I will SPARINGLY put a thin layer of natural nut butter and a tablespoon jam on a chaffle! The days of a thick PB&J are long gone! Oh wow, so good, though. Great for breakfast or a snack.
I‘ve also made dinner rolls and added a small amount of the jam and butter. Oh, my heavens, those rolls taste exactly like the high-carb Sister Schubert rolls you get in the grocery store's frozen section. Another great treat!
I will use the apricot jam as a simple glaze on ham for the upcoming holidays. I also used raspberry or strawberry flavor on the Monte Cristo sliders I made using dinner rolls. 🫐"
