I came across this chaffle recipe from Sweet Keto Life, and the author said it was better than a slice of New York-style pizza and the greatest almond flour chaffle in the history of all chaffles! That caught my attention, so I had to make it just to see how good this chaffle was! I've made a lot of chaffles, so that's a big statement to make!

I must say this chaffle IS very good! It's probably one of the best ones I've ever had. I'm not sure if I would say it's better than a carby piece of pizza, but it really was great! It could be used for other things like an Italian Grinder Salad sandwich with deli meats and cheeses. Or as a hamburger or Philly Cheesesteak bun!

I used Carb Manager to track the carbs: five carbs for one and ten carbs for two. đđ
