I have a go-to recipe for taco meat that I use as a base ingredient in many of my other recipes, such as taco salad, enchiladas, and nachos. It's not only delicious but also very easy to make! I like that it uses homemade seasonings, which I can adjust to my taste. Sometimes, I add tomato sauce or a can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies for an extra kick. To finish it off, I add chopped onion, bell pepper, and jalapeños. 🌶️
