The convenience of drive-thru fast food is undeniable, and for many, a delicious Big Mac has always been a go-to meal. However, if you're on a keto diet, you can still enjoy the taste of a Big Mac with a chaffle version that is just as delicious.

My version of the Big Mac Sandwich Burger is easy to make. I used a sturdy chaffle recipe from Farmstead Chick as my "bun." You don't necessarily need to make three chaffles to achieve the Big Mac look; you can use two instead.

I made some simple cheeseburger patties with lean beef seasoned with salt and black pepper, cooked in a pan with butter and melted cheddar on top. Alternatively, you can take a shortcut and buy two beef patties with cheese from McDonald's and use those. I also made my own Thousand Island dressing with mayo, sugar-free ketchup, and dill pickle relish. But, you can buy low-carb, sugar-free dressing such as this one from Walden Farms. (I love their Maple Syrup!)

This dish goes great with some keto Fauxtato Potato Salad! I've tried other versions of chaffles and recommend them - you can modify them to suit your individual tastes and macros.

Thanks, Denise! That looks yummy! The linked chaffle recipe has 6 carbs per chaffle, though. Two of these chaffles, plus the ingredients in the burger, would but me over my carb limit. A lower-carb chaffle would work better for me.
