These are almost like a muffin they are so good. Use whatever fruit you like. You could put sweetened glaze on top. I use stevia, and a little heavy cream! Cream cheese frosting would be good too! Just add cream cheese to the glaze.
Make sure you add two eggs, optional lemon extract, fruit of choice, and sometimes I put a little cream cheese. I spread butter on them when finished or butter mixed with a little stevia. I also use stevia in the batter.
