Keto Pizza with Eggs for Breakfast

It’s a good thing to start the day with pizza! Pizza and eggs go together really well.


I used a low-carb burrito-size tortilla at five carbs by The Salsa Texan. I crisped them in the oven first for just a few minutes.

For one pizza, I put pesto sauce on first, then mozzarella, then made four wells in the cheese to crack the four eggs into, then I drizzled a little more pesto, sprinkled red pepper flakes, and it was supposed to have bacon, but I was rushed and forgot it. Then some pepper.


The other pizza had marinara, a layer of pepperoni, and mozzarella. Make the four wells to crack the eggs, then top with bacon, red pepper flakes, basil, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until the eggs look set, but the yolk is still runny if you like your eggs like that. You can use whatever pizza toppings you like!
