Keto Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sausage Casserole

2 bags cauliflower or broccoli or a mix

sausage or other meat

4 oz. cream cheese

1 cup heavy cream

salt & pepper

1 bag shredded cheddar cheese


Cook up a bunch of cauliflower/broccoli, and veggies of choice. I prefer a mix of both. I buy frozen bags (2) and microwave them.


Also, cook the meat of your choice, we like sausage.

Then, microwave 1/2 bar of cream cheese for 30 seconds to soften.

Add a cup of heavy cream, salt & pepper and mix with a whisk.

Add 3/4 of a bag of shredded cheddar cheese and microwave for 1:30.


Whisk again, then finish with one additional minute in the microwave.

The result is perfectly smooth, perfect cheese sauce.


Pour over a baking dish filled with the veggies and cut-up sausage, then bake with the final 1/4 bag of cheese on top of the veggies at 350 degrees for 45 min.


It is delicious!
