Broccoli Cheese Soup

If you're looking for a great broccoli cheese soup recipe, this one is amazing! And so easy! I used a mixture of broccoli and cauliflower and halved the number of carrots. I crumbled up a couple of pepper jack cheese crisps on top and it was fantastic.
