A great game-day appetizer! These are so yummy and so easy! Butterfly your large shrimp, wrap it with half a slice of bacon, and secure it with a toothpick. You can then pan fry or put these in an air fryer, but, don’t overcook. I like to precook the bacon just a little so the shrimp won’t get overcooked. Make the Buffalo sauce with Franks Buffalo sauce, a splash of soy sauce, a splash of lemon or lime juice, and half a stick of butter. Also, a little Tabasco if you like spicy. Cook the sauce for a few minutes and let reduce. Mix shrimp and sauce and put under the broiler for two minutes. Serve with Pesto Mayo or Ranch.
