When I saw this deviled egg recipe I could not make them fast enough! Don’t they just look so good? They were good!! I always put sweet pickle relish in my deviled eggs and I think I missed that this time, So, next time I will add that or maybe add some finely chopped celery just to give them a little crunch (and to be more authentic with the Buffalo flavor). The bleu cheese sprinkled on top just makes them.
Here’s my version of the keto Buffalo deviled eggs and I also thought the color looked like it would be great to serve for Thanksgiving, either like with the bleu cheese sprinkled on top or I made some to look like little pumpkins, so cute! I piped the egg mixture in the egg with a piping bag and a star tip, but if you don’t have that just use a baggie to pipe it in and then take a knife or toothpick and make ridges so it looks more like a pumpkin. I did use a little red food coloring. For the pumpkin stem, I used a tiny sliver of jalapeño, or you could use green pepper or a small piece of green onion would work.
