This recipe is similar to the Big Mac Salad recipe I’ve posted previously about, but just a little different. Tastes like eating a great cheeseburger. The meat is seasoned differently and the sauce is a little different. I sub the ketchup with sugar-free ketchup by G Hughes or any other sugar-free ketchup that will work. The sauce is great to dip low-carb fries in. I love fries made from zucchini, turnips, and/or eggplant. I like to add shredded cheese and sometimes bacon. Both recipes are super good!
