I made two Indian dishes the other day. I made both Tikka Masala AND Butter Chicken! My son loves Indian food, so I made them for his birthday. I had some Tikka Masala leftover (recipe here on virtaworks), so I made this chaffle recipe with the Tzatziki sauce. I did it a little differently than in the photo. I made the recipe as described, but then I put more of the Tikka Masala between the two chaffles and cut them in half to dip in the sauce. So good!
