This is a great easy cabbage dish with all the Italian flavors!
Cabbage Bolognese
Sauté one pound of Italian Sausage and remove from the pan
In the drippings sauté one chopped onion
Add however much chopped garlic you like (I like a lot!) Add 1/2 head chopped cabbage and sauté until almost done, but still a little crispy
Add a jar of low-carb marinara
Add sausage back to pan the
Add red chili flakes to taste
Add salt and pepper to taste.
