Shhhh! 🤫 Whatever you do, don’t tell George I changed his best-ever mashed cauliflower recipe! Only just a little, though. I think that everything I make must have jalapeños in it! Not completely true, but I use jalapeños a lot. If you deseed them and scrape out the ribs/ridges, you don’t get that much heat; it's mainly just a great flavor. So I made the mashed cauliflower the original way, but I added the Cheesy Jalapeno Seasoning by Pork King Good. It added a little more spice and flavor, and it turned out great! I added about three teaspoons of seasoning for two heads of cauliflower, but maybe start with two teaspoons so it won’t be too spicy for you, then add more if you like. I would also like to experiment with some Pepper Jack cheese. Maybe do half Havarti and half Pepper Jack? So try this mashed cauliflower a little differently next time!😊
