This was good! It tasted just like carby bread pudding but made from chaffles! The photo is just one slice, but it’s baked in a loaf pan. I added a little cinnamon and sweetener to the basic chaffle recipe. I also added some brown sugar sweeteners and Stevia to the chaffle egg custard mixture to cut down on the carbs. For the pecan topping, I used brown sugar Splenda. This would be great for breakfast or dessert!
