A great way to have a yummy quiche in a chaffle!
Chaffles Lorraine: egg, Swiss cheese, onion powder, and bacon, with homemade Keto
sausage.
Combine one egg and 1/2 cup grated cheese and bake for 3 minutes in a waffle maker. That will make two chaffles. Mozzarella is the mildest cheese to use. You can add vanilla extract and cinnamon. You can also use Swiss Cheese with onion powder, bacon, and homemade Keto sausage.
