This dip is such a crowd-pleaser. I’ve made it a hundred times, even before Virta. I always use Hot Breakfast Sausage, but I think the Italian Sausage would be super yummy too! I keep it out in a crockpot so it stays nice and warm. I’ll add a can of Rotel tomatoes too Instead of just diced tomatoes for extra flavor. Serve with pork rinds, halved mini sweet peppers, cheese crisps, or any low-carb tortilla chips!
