Chick N Skin Nachos with Queso

These turned out SO good. I used these Chick N Skin Chips instead of pork rinds, which are incredibly good! It tasted like fried chicken, so I made taco meat and just put my own seasonings in. Chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, red chili flakes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle it over ground Chuck or hamburger. Add a can of Rotel or tomatoes if you like. You could even do chorizo and skip all the seasonings. Grilled chicken or shrimp would work too!


So I spread the chips on a foil-lined baking pan and warned them for a few minutes. Then I added the taco meat, poured queso, and added tomatoes, chopped jalapeño, chopped avocado, black olives, and topped it off with sour cream. Fresh cilantro would also be good!
