I saw this delicious looking chaffle on Instagram by keto.ellen and had to make it. It was so good and this revipe can definitely be customized. I didnt have any bacon, so I used ham and chicken, but any protein, veggies, and seasoning you like would make it your own!

Here’s the chaffle recipe and how it was made!

Put all your ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

Mix well. I added a seasoning salt here with Himalayan salt, pepper and garlic.

Put about 1/4 cup of the chaffle mixture in 'your waffle iron.

Cook for approximately 4 minutes. I made half this recipe and it made four chaffles.

Top with more mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. I used an air fryer, but you can broil with a conventional oven also.

Slice and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce. I used Ranch dressing.

A very tasty snack or meal! Approximately 3 carbs per chaffle!

And in case you need a chaffle maker here’s a great price on Amazon.

Also to speed things along use this multi 4 chaffle maker!
