This was very good and you get to make your lasagna noodles! You could skip this step and use the lasagna noodles of your choice. The hearts of palm lasagna noodles by Natural Heaven and Palmini are very good! This was was fun to try making my own lasagna noodles though. This also is a good Newbie lasagna because it uses white sauce instead of marinara!
