Keto Chinese Dumpling Chaffle

I found this recipe on TikTok for Chinese dumplings, aka potstickers. To recreate, I added a little finely shredded cabbage. Just a little, and it was SO good! I used some G Hughes Sweet Chili sauce and added some chopped cashews; oh my heavens, both things were yummy!

Just a few ingredients for the chaffle: ground pork, garlic & mozzarella cheese.


Put a layer of mozzarella on the waffle maker first, then add the pork, then another layer of mozzarella. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until crispy.

Instead of the sauce made in the video I used the GHughes sweet chili sauce with chopped cashews. Watch the video for complete ingredients and instructions.
