Chipotle Keto Lime Shrimp Power Bowl

The Power Bowl obsession continues! This one is with shrimp, but you could substitute any other protein that you like. Serve over cauliflower rice. I like the Spanish-style cauliflower rice. You can add avocado slices and top with some mayo mixed with some hot sauce. Garnish with lime wedges.



Chipotle Lime Shrimp Power Bowl


Place however much shrimp you like in a bowl and drizzle with your favorite oil. Not too much


Squeeze the juice of half a lime and season the shrimp with the spices of your choice. I use onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, seasoning salt, and anything you like!


Add fresh chopped cilantro


Place in the air fryer on 400 for about two to three minutes. Flip the shrimp over halfway through


Serve over cauliflower rice. I use the Spanish style.

Add avocado slices, top with mayo mixed with hot sauce, and garnish with lime wedges.
