This was just a fun thing for Valentine’s Day! I did chocolate fondue and used this great Sugarfree Belgian chocolate that I found on this website. You may use any sugar-free chocolate.
I didn’t have to add anything to thin it like coconut oil. It was perfect as is and is the best keto chocolate I have ever had. It has maltitol in addition to stevia, so you have to watch how much you eat. When it’s melted that makes it harder to judge too.
I served the fondue with the cream cheese pound cake on virtaworks, sugar-free marshmallows called Max Mallow. The burnt caramel flavor is so good!
Then I had strawberries and sugar-free cookies by High Key.
This was a very once-a-year kind of treat, but it was a big hit!
The cute fondue maker was bought on Amazon.
