I tried this recipe for the first time and used Besti Brown Sugar Monkfruit Sweetener. Gotta say, I really liked it. I've also tried using allulose, which turned out great and even has the potential to lower blood sugar in some folks.
The only issue was that it was a bit sticky on the bottom. Not sure if that was the way it was supposed to be or not. I cooked it a little longer, hoping that it would prevent stickiness. But it tasted good, and even people who don't follow a Keto diet enjoyed it. I also used some awesome Keto Belgian chocolate.
La Nouba stevia chocolate bars are the best keto chocolate, in my opinion, and I‘ve tasted a lot. Make sure you get the bar sweetened with stevia. It does contain some Malitol, so be aware of that, but one bar is usually fine for me!
