Keto Cinnamon Tea Cake

Shared by LizF

This is a tasty and low-carb option for St. Patrick's day or an afternoon tea! There are many varieties, but, this is a simple one flavored with cinnamon and it is just 3.5g of carbs per serving! That's my type of sweet treat!

This recipe comes from Keto Kitchen, but, there are many others out there ... some with orange and some with lemon. In addition, you can whip up some heavy cream and add berries to this as well.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of my final product as it wasn't so pretty. I haven't been much of a baker and I'm still trying to understand the nuances. I used parchment paper and added some butter to the pan sides as well to make sure it didn't stick ... but, it kind of stuck.

Oh well, it did taste great!! And, the cinnamon is just the needed spice to make this special.
