Citrus Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri Sauce

If you’ve never made chimichurri sauce, you’ve got to try it! All the fresh herbs make the most incredible sauce! When I made this, I had a bunch of fresh basil growing in my garden, so I added basil, and it was delicious. I also subbed the orange juice for lemon/lime juice. We can have the juice of one lemon/lime per day, and that will be distributed over all the meat, so you barely consume much of the juice. You can also sub chicken for this.
