Missing hummus? This is a great way to have it and still stay on track. Excellent with cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, or mini sweet peppers!
Zucchini and Avocado Hummus
1 zucchini
1 avocado
1/4 cup of olive oil
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of lemon
1/4 of a cup of sesame seeds (save 1T to put on top)
3/4 of a cup of tahini
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste.
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process 'till smooth. Top with a tbs of olive oil, paprika, and sesame seeds.
Sooo gooood!
