Keto Coconut Flour Tortillas

Trying to find a good low carb tortilla is not easy. I’ve tried several different recipes but have kind of settled on this one because I can just pour the batter instead of having to roll and press dough! I don’t like having to do that at all. I use this recipe to make enchilada, fajita, and even quesadillas. I also used it instead of pita bread for gyros. Sometimes I’ll add different seasonings like garlic powder and/or chili powder. Whatever you like! You could even do a sweet version like for crepes or desserts.
