I'm nutty for these low-carb treats.
A very simple recipe with just 4 ingredients from Sweet as Honey. The hardest part for me was getting the egg whites to form those stiff peaks! It was the longest part of the process.
I loved the toasty coconut taste, and they are only 2.5 total carbs a piece. I added some chocolate sprinkles (from The People's Keto Company) on a few of these as well - just to give it a chocolate bite.
Those look AMAZING! And what a yummy simple recipe. I need a new scooper before I can make them though. Nothing comes out of it! Ha! Thanks for the great recipe!
